Our stunning meeting room can seat up to 40 people in various layouts, and is equally comfortable for small groups.
The meeting room suitable for those wishing to hold off-site business meetings, group training, courses/workshops, presentations, seminars, teambuilding sessions, and interviews.
Professional, comfortable surroundings
Built in 2018 by PYC Construction, the private and purpose-built meeting room is located on the ground floor of our office building. The building is Passivhaus certified, which means it is designed and built to have stable temperatures all year round, making it a comfortable space to be in.
Disturbance from outside noise is minimised due to the quality build-system as well as the Warmcel cellulose insulation and triple-glazed windows.

Accessibility
Good parking, access into the front and rear of the building via a ramp, and accessible toilet facilities.
Availability
Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 (8 hours). Please note that in addition, included in the price, you have access to the room 30 minutes prior to the start time to allow for set up e.g. for meetings starting at 9am, access is available from 8.30am.
It may be possible to arrange an earlier start for the meeting or later finish but would need to be between 08:00 – 18:00. Please call to discuss.
